  • Kitchen Staff / Prep Cook

    This part-time position is responsible for entry level prep and production including prep of produce, trimming meats, and following standardized recipes. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of experience in the food service industry.

  • Event Lead / Banquet Captian

    This on-call position is responsible for managing assigned events from start to finish; including pre-planning with sales and production managers, managing the onsite event through break-down and final inventory.

  • Event Service Staff

    On-call servers requiring varying responsibilities; set up, service, and tear down events.

  • Porter

    This part-time position is responsible for loading and unloading event vehicles before and after each event. This includes washing dishes and equipment, restoring inventory to its proper location, and recovering the warehouse after busy weekends. Nights and weekends required.
